Kennedy Centre is a retail and leisure development in a largely built-up residential area in west Belfast. Having agreed upon a new anchor tenant, the Kennedy Centre was redeveloped again in 2008. At approximately 97,000 ft², its anchor tenant is Sainsburys supermarket, the largest supermarket in Northern Ireland, which replaced the previous anchor, Curleys Supermarket. There is also a Sainsburys petrol station located within the grounds of the complex. == Stores ==
The Kennedy Centre currently has 45 stores 〔http://kennedycentre.co.uk/store-directory/〕 including new tenants Iceland, Costa Coffee and 26 West Bar & Grill. Other stores include Boots UK, Peacocks, Blue Inc, O'Neills, DV8, Internacionale, Home Bargains & Poundland and many more. The Centre currently boasts a brand new 'Foodcourt' that hosts Burger King, Subway, Mannys,Herrons Country Fried Chicken and Hakka Noodles. There is a Funky Monkeys children's soft play area and cafe on the first floor. The Andersonstown Jobs and Benefits office is also located within the complex.
